During the conference, Tao Ran stated: "As the AI world accelerates its arrival, computing power is profoundly driving an unprecedented upgrade and transformation of productivity. At this critical period of high-quality development, Digital China has pioneered the 'Cloud-Data Integration' strategy and technical system framework around the key elements of digital transformation for enterprises. It focuses on building product and service capabilities in cloud-native, digital-native, AI-native, and information technology innovation industries, providing ubiquitous agile IT capabilities and integrated data-driven capabilities for industry customers across fast-moving consumer goods retail, automotive, finance, healthcare, government and enterprise, education, telecommunications, and others at different stages of digital transformation. This effort aims to construct cross-boundary integrated innovative digital business scenarios and new business models, helping enterprise-level customers establish future-oriented core competencies and competitive advantages, comprehensively promoting the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of society." Regarding AI large models and innovative applications in intelligent industries, Digital China has developed the Kunpeng series of products, covering heterogeneous computing power of "ARM+GPU+NPU," including general computing power, AI computing power, terminals, and integrated machines; a smart computing network featuring high bandwidth, low latency, zero packet loss: switches, routers, wireless, security, cloud management platforms, etc. These products provide a strong new infrastructure foundation for cloud computing, big data services, and artificial intelligence. Currently, the Kunpeng series of products are widely used in the digital transformation practices of various regional industries, offering strong computing power support for Heilongjiang's innovative development.

Moreover, localization was an important topic of this conference. On this topic, Tao Ran mentioned that Digital China is deeply involved in the development of the localization industry, promoting the construction of regional computing power infrastructure and actively empowering the development of the regional digital economy. Currently, Heilongjiang Province is accelerating the construction of a "4567" modern industrial system, treating the development of the digital economy as a new engine for leapfrogging industrial development. With the innovative application of the next generation of information technology as the main engine, the cultivation and expansion of core industries such as electronic information manufacturing, software, and information technology services as the main driving forces, and the digital transformation and upgrading of traditional advantaged industries as the main battlegrounds, it insists on synergizing digital industrialization and industrial digitization to rapidly promote the effective improvement and reasonable growth of the digital economy. In this fertile soil, Digital China participated in the construction of the Longjiang Smart Computing Center, helping Heilongjiang achieve a breakthrough in smart computing centers, significantly increasing the scale of smart computing power in Heilongjiang, and forming an integrated computing power supply system of general computing power, supercomputing power, and smart computing power. In the future, it will provide a strong computing power momentum for the development of Heilongjiang's digital economy.

In the future, Digital China will actively participate in and promote the development of information technology in Heilongjiang, support the thriving and symbiosis of upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry, and incubate emerging technology startups; Digital China will also deeply integrate AI technology into all walks of life, providing solid computing power guarantees for various applications to promote green and sustainable development. Furthermore, Digital China will strengthen connections with partners from three dimensions: product innovation, marketing collaboration, and enabling services, jointly creating a new IT ecosystem, helping Heilongjiang's smart computing industry thrive continuously, and contributing greater strength to the construction of the digital economy.
