Recently, the second Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area Data Application Innovation Competition has been held under the theme of "AI Driving Renewal in All Industries." Digital China, as one of the corporate representatives, was invited to the event.

The competition was co-hosted by the Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission (Greater Bay Area Office), Shenzhen Municipal Government Services and Data Administration, Development Authority of Shenzhen Park of Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone, and People's Government of Futian District, Shenzhen. It focused on AI application innovation and industrial empowerment, aiming to explore the infinite possibilities of AI enabling various industries through a model in which "industry proposes, society solves", in collaboration with pioneering companies, opening up real demands, and gathering outstanding teams from home and abroad.

Open to the global community, the competition features two tracks: special competitions and open competitions, focusing on six major areas: embodied AI, low-altitude economy, intelligent manufacturing, biomedicine, technology finance, and innovative intelligence. Based on the actual development needs of industries, it aims to drive technological innovation through applications, stimulate innovative practices through scenarios, uncover school and enterprise teams with innovative consciousness and technical strength from home and abroad, implement seed projects with development potential, and create an international, scenario-based, ecological high-end event of AI.

As one of the first batch of GBA-DataAi scenario partners, Digital China also jointly launched the "GBA-DataAi Scenario Partnership Program" on site with other partners. This program is intended to unite upstream and downstream partners to focus on key areas in AI. Driven by application scenarios, based on platform capabilities, and using domain events as carriers, it aims to promote two-way empowerment between technological innovation and application scenarios, accelerate the application of large models in the AI industry, deliver high-quality products and services, and enable the digital transformation of various industries.

In the context of the vigorous development of generative AI, Digital China firmly positions itself in the generative AI field. Based on the AI native empowerment platform - Smart Vision, it has built full-stack AI native capabilities, helping enterprises quickly establish capabilities in computing power, models, data, and scenarios, solving the "last mile" problem of generative AI technology application faced by enterprises. The development of generative AI technology not only brings innovation to application scenarios, but also stimulates the potential value of data assets to some extent. In March this year, Digital China successfully included its financial service cloud data product as a data asset in its corporate financial statements and obtained credit financing, becoming the first case of data asset pledge financing in Shenzhen. This not only marks an important step in its own effort of turning data into assets and values, but also sets a new benchmark for the industry. In the future, it is expected to empower more enterprises to explore the potential of data assets.
