Digital China Featured in IDC’s First “Overview of China’s AI Agent Application Market,” Showcasing Seven Modules

Recently, the International Data Corporation (IDC) released its research report titled “IDC Market Glance: Overview of China’s AI Agent Application Market, 1Q25”, providing a systematic overview of the market landscape for AI Agent applications in China for the first time. With its self-developed AI-native enabling platform “Smart Vision”, Digital China has demonstrated its full-stack capabilities in the AI Agent field and has taken the lead in its practical implementation. It has been successfully included in the two major categories of “consumer-level intelligent agent applications” and “enterprise-level intelligent agent applications”, and has emerged in seven sub-sectors such as intelligent terminals, intelligent marketing, workflow, customer service, productivity tools, data analysis, and intelligent operations.

According to IDC, an AI Agent refers to an autonomous software system driven by a large language model (LLM), which possesses the capabilities of perceiving the environment, reasoning, making decisions and taking actions. It can interact with users or other systems in a human-like manner, which is distinct from traditional AI assistants that only respond to prompts. It can also actively interact with the surrounding environment and other entities, and dynamically adapt to changing situations.

IDC believed that AI Agents would achieve large-scale implementation in 2025, and their potential to restructure standardized operational processes through intelligent task processing was highly anticipated.

Digital China believed that in the future, enterprise processes would shift from the traditional, static operation model to a dynamic orchestration and collaboration system centered on Agents by having an insight into the industry trends of AI Agents. Through real-time interaction and task distribution, AI Agents could efficiently complete complex, cross-departmental, and cross-system tasks, and would become the mainstream approach for enterprise operations. Therefore, AI for Process would also become an important driving force for enterprises to achieve commercial implementation-it realize process reengineering and optimization, and achieve continuous innovation and breakthroughs by using AI.

To facilitate the implementation of AI scenarios, Digital China has launched the Smart Vision platform. Through the collaboration of three modules-Agent engineering, enterprise knowledge governance, and model training and management - it helps enterprises lower the threshold for AI application development and reduce the implementation costs, to promote innovative applications of AI Agents in real-world scenarios.

Currently, Smart Vision fully meets the different computing power requirements of various industries and enterprises of different scales, and provides a one-stop development tool and environment for the enterprise market. By integrating four key elements: computing power, models, knowledge, and applications and supporting the development of AI Agents through no-code, low-code, and full-code configuration on 60+ mainstream basic large models, it has formed five application development models based on perception, cognition, knowledge, memory, and collaboration. At the same time, it supports secondary development and customization, and is fully integrated with enterprise business systems.

In addition, Smart Vision has also built a "self-service knowledge intelligent agent construction platform" for enterprise business personnel to innovatively divide enterprise knowledge scenarios into four categories and designs eight intelligent agent templates: Smart Reading, Smart Answering, Smart Analysis, Smart Writing, Smart Reading, Smart Translation, Smart Interaction and Smart Memory. These can cover the vast majority of single-scenario business needs of enterprises. At the same time, “Smart Vision” also realizes the collaboration among intelligent agents and the integration with third-party systems through APIs, MCP and A2A protocols, and supports complex business scenarios.

Moreover, Smart Vision has launched the AI Smart Vision Beta Version, which can be deployed locally on PC. It has also collaborated with Digital China’s KunTai to introduce the KunTai Smart Integrated Machine, which supports multiple mainstream large models including DeepSeek, achieving full-stack integration from underlying computing power, model training to upper-layer application deployment, in order to provide a powerful multi-dimensional product support system for the intelligent upgrade of enterprise processes.

It is reported that Smart Vision has implemented numerous AI Agent benchmark cases in industries such as retail, manufacturing, and healthcare, and is fully committed to helping enterprises promote process innovation. For instance, Smart Vision assisted a large manufacturing enterprise in optimizing the maintenance process. By integrating the Agent function, the warranty accuracy rate was increased from 52% to 94%, and the maintenance cycle was significantly reduced from an average of 35 days to 0.5 days.

With the aim of becoming a leading partner of digital transformation, Digital China will continue to focus on AI Agents, promote the deep integration of AI technology with various scenarios, and help more enterprises achieve digital transformation and intelligent upgrading. By leveraging the AI-driven data-cloud integration technology framework, it will empower more enterprises to reshape their business processes and seize the initiative in the digital economy tide.
